As a Highly Sensitive myself, I’m deeply passionate about working with people who identify as Highly Sensitive. In a society that rewards individualism, aggressiveness and competition, a lot of Highly Sensitive People struggle to fit in and feel misunderstood.

However, it doesn’t need to be this way; I truly believe that kindness and compassion is what this world really needs right now and it can bring a big positive change in our society. Our beautiful Planet needs your gift and this is why I think that Highly Sensitive People can contribute to this change once they start to feel more confident and empowered.

Working together or your relationship patterns


I believe that often relationships represent an important invitation for healing our wounds. As a matter of fact, when it comes to romantic relationships, most of us grew up without a healthy model to relate to.

None has never thought us how to distinguish red and green flags while dating; how to communicate in a conscious and healthy way, how to express our needs to our loved ones or how to navigate conflicts. This inevitably ends up creating a lot of misunderstandings, frustrations and resentment.

It is totally understandable feeling stuck in these recurrent patterns, considering that we grew up in a society that made us believe in fairy tales - meaning that one day “the one” will come along, sweep off our feet, we’re never going to be in conflict and everything will be perfect. So then, when we find ourselves facing the reality of our day-to-day life we start to think: “what! … what’s going on?!? I didn’t sign up for this!”. The truth is, that conscious love is a constant work in progress and it is something we co-create with our loved one along the way - it takes time, practice and commitment.

What to expect during our session


Back to your inner light it is also a journey for women who feel left behind and they feel trapped in their current situation, whatever it might be. We live in a patriarchal and capitalist society which for a long time has used different ways to diminish women’s gifts, limiting them only to the role of procreating new generations.

But it hasn’t always been like that. In ancient times women were the leaders, the visionaries and the healers; holding ceremonies within the community to celebrate the gifts of mother nature.

This is why I love to help women to reconnect their intuition and their inner gifts, in order to help them to reclaim their voice and stand up for themselves and what they deserve in their life.
